Delivery times for standard products (production time plus delivery time)
Our standard delivery times are different for some products. Please take the following into account when placing orders:
The indicated delivery times are average values, that are accurate in 95% of cases. Longer delivery times may occasionally result from force majeure, failures or shipping delays.
Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays are not counted as working days for calculating of delivery time. The estimated date of delivery is automatically displayed after you select a product on our website.
Artwork acceptance deadlines (Deadlines)
You can of course submit your artwork to us whenever you like. However, if you do so after the indicated deadlines, your order will not be processed until the following working day (provided that we have received your payment and that your artwork is print-ready in compliance with our specifications).
