Layout tips:

  • Structure your texts reasonably.
  • Design the layout according to the subject clearly.
  • Use clear legible writing, if possible no more than two different fonts and no more than three different font sizes used. For the running-text a font size of 10 to 12 is ideal.
  • If possible, use photos (with a resolution of 300dpi) to make these noticeable.
  • Adapt texts, colours and pictures to each other.
  • If the background is coloured, layout the colour beyond the bleed to avoid white edges after cutting.
