If you do unfortunately experience a delay in receiving your print order, please feel free to submit a complaint form which can be found by clicking on this order number within your printcarrier account, once you have received your parcel. The claim form will then come through automatically to us here and we will then be able to look into a refund between the according delivery services for you.
